INSECT RAVER VW CAMPER VAN CUSTOM

This VW camper van model was painted for a friend who's only specifications were "drippy, green, insects, rave, jungle" type of thing...This is what I came up with..Painted with spray paint and acrylics before sealing with lacquer..

SMASHING WALLS AT TEAM DES FITNESS

  The "Team Des Fitness" gym in Highgate Birmingham have had me flexing my painting muscles on their walls lately..Check out the facebook page if you need a personal trainer or gym to use in Birmingham, they come highly recommended!

  Here's some of the work that you could normally only can get to look at in more detail if you signed up to Team Des...You'd probably be forced to sweat and get out of breath so consider yourself lucky, many people may have felt like fainting or puking near these paintings.

CROWNS HATS MASKS AND CHIN STRAPS..

This new piece on canvas was finished a few days ago... "Active" is an original painting with lots of different techniques and textures mixed in the paint work..It features a character of mine, wearing a hat that's got a crown with a mask that also has a hat...(I like hats and masks)...After putting down the first lines, that I wasn't too sure of, it eventually turned into something I enjoyed painting..

The words "I rock a crown with a chin strap so shit don't slip when I'm handing out bitch slaps" are subtly faded into the background..It measures 40 x 40 cm and is around 4cm deep..

IN GRAFF WE TRUST

This is a new piece on canvas, fresh in the store that I  finished earlier this week.. Measuring 50x40cm, painted with spray paint and acrylics.The gold in the background doesn't really shine on camera, but it pops in real life or when photographed with the flash on..

Lego themed wall for Sun at the Station pub in Kings Heath

The Sun At The Station pub in Kings Heath, Birmingham, had a new mural put onto their walls last week..With a loose brief of "something that includes the old Kings Heath train station and a whole in the wall with some Lego"  I was given free reign to brighten up 4 small walls that lead from the beer garden to the back room..


This was the space before I got busy, which gives an idea of scale..The picture at the top of the page is a panoramic of all four walls.Not the easiest space to get pictures in, but you get the idea..
