SLOBLIFE2 - custom kidrobot trikky

 

"Sloblife2" is my latest finished custom..He's very similar to the recent "Sloblife". who you may remember..This version has a slightly cleaner look about him and different screen slides, but the biggest difference is a rotatable head, something the first version didn't have!

Sloblife 2 has 9 screens to change between, one of which is blank and can be used to write on, or used as a template to cut around any picture that can slide into it's place...Which one would you choose to display?

The first Sloblife seemed to get a good response and sold quite fast... you can read about him in Spankystokes's blog post, and on the Man-e-Toys website too..

Like the first version, he's been finely melted and cut, adapted, sculpted, sanded, painted and lacquered and is a unique signed custom, complete with free man boobs and butt cheeks..

EYESORE CUSTOM TRIKKY,

   Thought I'd post this custom up as I couldn't find the time last week.This is Eyesore, some of you may have seen him on Spankystokes.com and on Man-e-toys.com last week..
   I made this by sculpting some features on him, keeping in mind a comment Trustpigs wrote about the previous  "Gammy". I decided to add more texture to the un-touched vinyl, so the textures didn't clash so much, which was what I think he wasn't keen on..That lead me to think about making it more like my textured tagged up "Vandalised Vinyls" like the (Rusty rooz, Abandoned munny and a few others) but with some features..And so "Eyesore" was born..
  He does have sore runny eyes, and a graffiti canvas with a throwup reading HOEKS..Some people might argue that this sort of graffiti on a building would be an eyesore..Lucky for them it's not!

He's been sculpted,textured,painted and lacquered,then given tears and dribble and is available from my Bigcartel store..Priced at £48.00 plus postage..

GAMMY NEW TRIKKY CUSTOM

  This is "Gammy".. My latest custom Trikky with a runny eye and an ill look about him.. I sculpted some details on his face, gave him a fatter belly and bum before painting him with acrylics, sealing with lacquer and adding the tears..

 He's just been added to my Bigcartel store and is available now priced at just £45 plus postage..

Parental Consent - New pre graffalite..A Special Pleader part 3

   Not long after finishing my last Pre-graffalite, over a smaller version of this exact print, I found another bigger version in a local charity shop..I couldn't leave it there..I had to get it.. This one is much bigger than the previous, "The New Dress" and has a really nice chunky frame, which suits the picture well.
   Now featuring a girl, who tried out graffiti on her bedroom wall, without her parent's permission, and her innocent dog. This piece used to be known as "The Special Pleader"..The original is pictured above..This latest version is called "Parental Consent"..

     There are a few nice details I like in this piece.. Painting like a 6 year old in spray paint, using a brush was  harder than you'd think..Then painting in a realistic style is something I'm still learning.I'm happy with the roller propped up against the wall, and her doll, who clearly got forgotten about once the paints came out..There is also the piece she copied from on the floor, now with red paint on it, and the roller tray..

 

   This piece measures 74 x 56cm with a 4cm thick frame and is on sale from my ebay store for £139.00 plus postage..Click HERE to take a closer look..

More originals instore... Huglife bear and The Maskedman!

I've been putting up some more pieces in my stores today..Here's two of the biggest.

The Huglife Bear is 110cm tall and 80cm wide... Painted onto a framed wooden board, mounted behind perspex..

It's signed in spraypaint ontop of the perspex..

SLOBLIFE - custom kidrobot trikky

   SLOBLIFE is my latest custom vinyl.. Made with the body of a Trikky, and a toy T.V set, I sculpted them together after some surgery and melting.. I decided to give him man boobs, tattoos and a sweaty, dirty look, making him the ultimate slob.. The T.V screen was made by laminating tiny prints that I made, and can be slid in the side of the T.V via a slot.. This used to be the Simpson's T.V, I didn't make it, but I did have to alter it for it to fit..

 

    I made 6 different screens or channels to change between.. One of them is blank, and can be written on in marker for the buyer to personalise with a message..They can also make an endless amount of their own screens, by cutting any image to that size..which is cool!


  He now stands about 14.5 cm tall due to the antenna that can turn, sticking out the top. His arms can be rotated too..

   He's got "your name" tattooed on his bum,  love on his knuckles and a tribal round his arm, as well as the SlobLife instead of ThugLife across his bulging belly..

Tagged up trikky

The latest from my Vandalised Vinyl's is this Tagged Up Trikky..Complete with a mini canvas and easel, this Trikky, like a few before him, (The Abandoned Munny, The Derelict Rooz, The Double Standards Rooz's) has been given a paint job that suggests that even vandalism can be artistic..

    Covered in rusty texture, kidrobot scrawls and my tags, he was given a coat of gloss lacquer to seal the deal and make him shine..
